Urgent help needed: Tracker throws error "At least one organisation unit must be specified"

Hi all,

Please note all of a sudden our existing application throwing the below error while trying to enroll a new TE:

{“httpStatus”:“Conflict”,“httpStatusCode”:409,“status”:“ERROR”,“message”:“At least one organisation unit must be specified”}

The application was working fine so far. We are using DHIS2 2.29.

Your help and support to resolve this error is highly appreciated.

Is the error coming in the android app or in the browser? Dataset or tracker/event?
