Update/ Reassign Organization Unit in Dataset, User, Person And Program- program BUGs

Dear All,

We are using dhis2 Version:2.12 Build revision:11301

We have one problem with Organization Unite reassign update to Dataset,
User, person and programs - program.

Step 1: When i edit Dataset that time the organization unite list not
coming showing Progess sign for long time but list is not showing

However, Step 2: If i create new dataset or user or Individual Program that
time the Assign orgunite list showing perfectly.

Here i attach the screen short.

Please help us out
