Hi @luphuthanh,

From you data Entry Screen here, I see period is 2018; kindly check on the pivot table for Period 2019 if there’s any data displayed then revert please.

Have you enabled the use of the Approval functionality of your datasets?
If yes, make sure data has been approved at all levels.

If this is not the case, do these:

run Maintenance in Data Administration
Generate resource tables
Run Analytics

This is something you would have added during customisation.
By the way, For 2.30 and after:
It can be found in Maintainance>> Other
Use this for further Information.
Since you do not know where it is, I am assuming you have not added Approval features to your datasets. It is may also not be necessary.
So can you troubleshoot by doing the following:
Under Data Administration;

run Maintenance
Generate resource tables
Run Analytics
