Hello
Please kindly assist, I have a form with an open ended list question, like list challenges experience. And you supposed to capture as many changes as the client has experienced.
How do I capture this in dhis2.

Would you share more about the use case? It might be possible that your use case could do better with an Events program rather than a data set.
