Hi,
Can anyone advise how you can prevent duplication of records in Patient tracker and if there’s a way of using system generated unique IDs for each record? As I see it currently if you add identical records already existing in the system DHIS2 still accepts them, is there a way of setting/configuring uniquely identifying each record instead of manually creating unique IDs which have to be entered as a field at data entry.
Regards
Jacob

Thanks Jacob for raising this issue,
We also faced the same Problem, it can be much better if it can be fixed as it always affects analytics from running and retrieving data from event reports.
