Unable to see Multiple Stages in Tracker Capture App

Greetings DHIS2 community,

I am experiencing an error where tracker capture programs with multiple stages do not appear on the tracker capture android app for data entry. So far our implementation has been active for one year and today is the first time I have experienced this bug. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Generally, under the “timeline data entry” the forms for the stages appear, but here there are none. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?

What you are saying on the web the stages appear and in the android the stages dont appear?

Hi Aimee,

Hope you are using 2.29?

I have experienced this in 2.29 but I had to give data capture access to the user at each stage.

Try out that, clear cache then logout on the android and login again.

Aimee’s issue was due to some changes in metadata in their servers, I do not have more details, but I know it is working fine now.
