Can you check in your database whether you have any tables of the type “analytics_event_2014_XXX” and whether they contain any data?
The last part of the table name, “XXX”, refers to the uid the program it contains data for, it’s one table per program. 2014 is the year, so if your data is from 2013, look for 2013 tables.
The events shown in Event Reports/Visualizer are fetched from these event analytics tables.
If you have data in the event analytics tables, then it is a matter of doing the right selections in the left side menu of the Event Reports. Try “individual cases mode”, all data items for your program+stage where you know you have data, then try the root (top) orgunit and maybe last 12 months in the period (if you have recent data).

We don’t see any table of the type “analytics_event_2014_XXX” in the database. Could you please give us more details on how these tables are generated?
Hi Lars,
Yes. That fix is merged with our branch.
Thanks,
Mahendra
