I would like to ask the team to imagine this scenario where data is visible under the Tracker program by selecting the organization unit and the tracker program, the list option shows all the data that is available in that Organization unit but when you open the events Report application and you want to generate the line list or Pivot Table analysis it doesn’t show that, and we have used all the guidelines that have been mention such as:-
Clear analytics tables.
Paremently remove soft deleted selected data values.
I found out that if its a Tracker Program and it doesnt have any events under the timeline, then it will not appear under Event Reports. Can you check and see if your tracker enrollments have events?

Please start using the Line Listing app for line lists. The Events Reports app is an older application and the line listing functionality in the Events Reports app has been replaced by the Line Listing app.
Okay, thank you Mr @Gassim for this information, I have started using the line list application but still, there are differences between what’s under the facilities using the tracker app and what’s shown under the line list application.
