Tracker Organisation unit - you do not have any programs assigned to organisation unit

Has anyone come across the above problem at version 2.24 tracker capture?

I have event capture set up in a similar way and it works but tracker is failing with a message:

You do not have any programs assigned to Organisation unit or you do not have sufficient user roles.

I have tried with superuser role assigned but still failed.

Dear Simon,

  1. Please ensure that your program is assigned to all reporting units , then

  2. Create a user roles like " Data managers" and ensure that role can view the program,

  3. Create a User at of the reporting unit of your choice with that user role.

  4. From tracker capture/event capture check if you can see the program (Note: you have to sign is as that user created above)
