Tracker information does not reflect information in the reports

The Tracker information is not reflected in the web application reports of some organizational units and I have not found any errors.
We already synchronize the data and configuration in the tracker

What version of DHIS2 are you using? Which of the DHIS2 web apps are you using? Did you run analytics tables export and clearing the server and browser cache?

Please add as much information as possible so it’s easier to understand the issue.

I’m using 2.37.9.1 version of DHIS2
We use the Tracker Capture App version 2.8.2
and we can’t see the information captured in the Web Tracker version 2.37.9.1
In the Tracker Capture App, we synchronize data and configuration, successfully.
In the the web administration we execute, in the maintenance menu, Delete Analytics tables and we cleared the browser cache , where do I clear the server cache?
When I use the organization unit used for test, it works and reflects the information, but on those other the information is not showned.
