[tracker] Error on searching when no program is selected

Hi

Getting error on console after searching when no program is selected in the home screen. PFA screenshot.

This happens for programs which have Display front page list = Yes

Steps to reproduce:

-Edit some program to have Display front page list = Yes

-Select ou where this program is assigned (Everything is fine till here)

-clear the program selection box

-error comes on console
