I hope you are well too, thanks! Please explain the use case further? How do you want the data element value to be unique? In Tracker Programs, it’s possible to make TEI attributes unique but for data elements, it will help if you explain the use case further because we might be able to use program rules for that although it could get complicated.
Maybe using an attribute instead of a data element?

Thank you, It is very important for the betterment of the system to make the data element having unique feature and control duplication insertions in some cases. My case is that I want to make two data elements unique IME and Serial No both should be unique the screen shot is as below.

Are the values manually entered? Can they be generated on the instance itself or they’re already predetermined values that need to be entered? It might be possible to create program rules that will end up with a unique value for these if they can be generated during the data entry.
However, if these values need to be inserted only and not generated then the other option is to use TEAs. Attributes can be unique for an entire organization unit or even in the entire system.
