My use case, at the beginning the patient enters to the Program to perform circumcision, we can call it the registration date (enrollment date). And I have a stage that he does circumcision, so all reports are based on that date. However, he can be enrolled but give up before circumcision.
The main goal is to be able to create indicator with enrollment date not event date.

I would just create a data element for the date of circumcision.
It will be much easier and faster. The incident date should be untouched, I believe.
