Tracker capture does not show list. However, it shows that it has found a person but does not render in the grid. How can i resolve this. Lists also appear empty, but when i download, the data is there.
Please what version of DHIS2 are you using? If you use the web Capture app instead of the Tracker Capture app, are you able to see this entity?
If the user you are using creates a new TEIs, does that TEI appear in the grid? Was the one TEI created by this same user?
Sorry the screenshots are not clear, the second screenshot actually shows that there were no results found.
Check if you have assigned OUs to the program and the user has an access to the program and stages.
