How I resolved this issue, I had category combinations that were not properly created thus causing the tracker not to load. After fixing them correctly, it loaded.

does the category comination effect the tracker program althought that combination is not used in the program?
Not sure how exactly? Could you add more description if there is a challenge you are facing?

the issue is showing “loading metadata” when I open tracker capture. Then, I cannot continue data entry. it started happening approximately two weeks ago. we didn’t use any category combination in the tracker program. But we use category combinations in aggregate data sets. So, my question is whether or not category combinations used in aggregate data sets can affect the tracker program.
