When data is visualised total population, population <18 yrs and population >35 not seen although total population is already fed to the system

One question please, did you run the analytics tables export? (Data Administration app > Analytics Tables)

why am I not able to view some values such as Total Population and so on

Sometimes you need to run the analytics tables export in the Data Administration app especially if any updates were made to the metadata. Please check that step and ensure the analytics export are run.

It’s possible that you also need to configure the sharing settings and OUs assigned. Are you an admin of the instance? Do you also see this issue when using a user with ALL authority (to ensure it’s not a sharing issue)?

Finally, to ensure this is not a cache issue, after running the analytics tables export and using the Maintenance Clear Application cache and Reload apps in the Data Administration app, please test again by logging in using the ALL user in the Guest mode of your browser. (Using guest mode will help us ensure it’s not a cache issue).
