Hello everyone. My DHIS2 Server said Access Denied. It says “You don’t have sufficient authority to view this page” I am an admin but I couldn’t access the server. I didn’t change my password. Please where shall I correct it.

It looks like the view dashboard authority this user is lacking.

Unfortunately no matter how many times you send it, it isn’t possible for anyone on this list to help you with the information provided.
We do not know which URL gives this error nor anything about the role you are logging in with. Nor the dhis2 version. These would be the types of information you would need in order for someone to hazard a guess what the problem is.
Perhaps chat a bit with Seid. He seems to understand the particular environment.

Hi Getachew,
It looks like the user your trying to log in with does not have the necessary authorities to view the page. You can grant since of these authorities to the roles that are assigned to this user. For instance superuser had all the roles by default.
