I am getting this message while creating new data element,

Please help me to know how make edit right exclusive to admin only.

You should change the sharing settings of the object to “Public” → “Read only”.

Hi Anne,

when you have rights to create public objects (like data elements) it will
be created with public read/write access.

After you have created the data element, you can easily find it in the
list, click and select sharing, and set public access to read-only.
