Syncing data to main server

Hi all
Is it possible for data that shows to be synced on tablets not to show in the main web server?
We are using the android app 1.3.2 and web version Syncing data to main server2.30, we have had instances where data synced in the field is not showing on the main server - and I need assistance on where the issue might be.

Maybe there was an error when syning. Is there any error log in the settings screen?
