Synchonization data event to server 2.30

Hi dear everyone!
I have an Event program for an investigation and grab that in the mobile phone. I downloaded DHIS2 Android Capture App version 1.0.3. Once the data entry is complete, I can not synchronize the event data with the server.
Can someone help me?

Can you also check the android version on your phone must be 4 and above
