I am looking at synching orgunit hierarchies between two instances. The metadata updating works well and the new orgunits are also populated with the uids of the master instance.

Lets say these were dataelements, then if there were indicator and other formulae defined on the instance, all of these formulae will now be broken I guess
Fortunately they are not dataelements (though we will do some of these next so will have to somehow address that problem). Are there any dependencies (references) anyone can think of which might get broken by the orgunit uids getting changed like this en masse?
