Sync failing on DHIS2 Android Capture

Hi all,

We’re encountering an issue with the DHIS2 Android Capture app where the sync process starts but does not complete, looping back to the sync message box without actually sending data. This is frustrating for the users since they enter data, but there are unable to sync it. We have tried many troubleshooting techniques (restarting tablet, clear cache, connect to a different wifi, reinstall the app, etc) but the problem is still there.

DHIS2 Android capture app 3.1.1.1 and DHIS version 2.41.3

We would need more context in order to check what is happening in your implementation. Could we have any testing credentials in your server and a guide of what do we need to modify and synchronize to reproduce the issue?.
