Hi every one, i hope you are doing well, I have a program and the program was working fine but now when i try to sync data from mobile app tracker is gives me this error on log. please help

Hi @Denilson .

Is this error being displayed in the App or you extracted it from the logs of the server? If you try to sync the TEI in a granular mode (just clicking on the arrows of the TEI) you should be able to see a message on the phone. Could you copy and paste that here?
