Sync error on Android

Hi,

Users are getting this error when syncing data on Android tablet. HSH_FDC ZAMBÉZIA_Ile is a name of an org unit.

Hi @fernando

Is this enrollment already in the instance? For example, if you go to instance_url/api/enrollments/P2AvB2Gz1DY can you find it?

The event needs to be connected to the enrollment so please try to sync the enrollment first to see if you get another error message.

The enrollment with this Id is not in the instance. The user is trying the sync the data on the android tablet and is getting this error

What do you mean by try to sync the enrollment first?

Is it possible that the enrollment contains a relationship not properly shared to the user?

It is a single tracker program; There is no relationship and there is no testing instance.

Hi @fernando,

do you mean that the program is an Event program (program without registration)? If so, the error is really curious.

Which Android and DHIS2 versions are you using?

We are using: DHIS 2 version: 2.40.5; Android version: 3.0

The program is a tracker.
