Dear Team,

I want to collect data relevant to patient’s satisfaction from provider services. Could we create it as picture on DHIS2 or other tool? Need any advice?

Great to see the interest in this type of data collection. If you plan to use tracker or event on dhis2 android you will be able to use options under options as pictures
