I need to have summary record include of some data elements of some stage,
is there any solution for that?

Can you please elaborate it what you mean by summary record include. is this you need for Indicator?

I have a program with 4 stage I want to have a report with important data elements of 4 stage as a summary of that tracker program for specific patient.
if it is not clear let me know to explain more

I think you can achieve your required information from Program level Indicators.
