Sudden disappearance of modules in Apps menu list

Hello,

I’m facing this problem since 5 days: Suddenly, without any configuration change in the user role definition, the modules GIS and Data Visualizer are no moredisplayed in the Apps menu list, when clicking on ‘More apps’. I refreshed my brwoser, cleared the cache, but the problem hasn’t been solved. I can access to the GIS through the dashboard GIS element I added initially, which confirms that it isn’t a problem related to my role attributes. Did somebody else experience this ?

Best regards,

Kader

Yes I experienced the same issue recently with the GIS module, but it re-appeared shortly after (maybe the next day, can’t remember).

Hello,

This happens for me when, under Profile → Settings, I change the language. The language change is taken in consideration but these items (Data visualizer and GIS) disappear from the apps list (more apps).

After restarting the tomcat service, the items are displayed again correctly.

Is it a bug ?

Best regards,

Kader

Hi Kader,

sorry about this, this issue is really annoying, not able to reproduce it although I am definitely aware it happens for others. I have included some more logging in 2.15 which says i) which apps are detected on startup and ii) which apps the current user is denied access to. If folks could upload and have a look in the logs when this happens it would be appreciated.

regards,

Lars
