We have a call center to receive a call from general practitioners (GPs) to notify a new tb case. Call center operator “log in” on behalf of our District Field Officers of that area and enter some basic info about the patient against the doctor (org unit) already available in dhis2.
I want that system should automatically send a sms to mobile number of the user whom user id has been used by call center operator to register a patient with some text “New patient registered”, so that he may go to the doctor to get full details of the patient and complete the data entry in tracker using his login credentials.
I have configured the “notification” settings in program, and we have also got sms services from a telecom company, but i am not succeeded to send sms. anyone can guide please.
