'simple table' is not available in DHIS2 reports

Don’t you think that the report designer should allow designing ‘simple flat table’?

For example, my client wants a tabular report which shows -

Province - District - Org Code - Organisation Name - Number of Malaria Patients

Where Province and District are level 2 and 3 in the facility hierarchy.

Another example, we have category combination (like product class - V, E or N) which client wants to show inline, instead of grouping in pivot -

Product Element Name - Product Class - Closing Balance

No one ever needed this type of report?

Weren’t you able to create this using pivot table? Also, I think it’s possible to create custom apps for any kind of report that you need; however, if it’s a feature request, you can create a jira issue:
