Server side logging of incoming data from dhis-mobile

Hi,

It would be good if we could have a little more logging on the server side (tomcat logs) when receiving data from mobile devices (or any other user of the web api).

Specifically it would be very useful to have the dataset received / registered as complete with orgunit name, data set name, and period name, just like we have for normal browser-based data entry.

Right now the only sign of communication with the mobile phone is the user login success message.

Until we have a better way of monitoring incoming “mobile” data via the DHIS 2 UI I think that the above proposed log messages for data sets received is a good start.

I would agree with this as well.

We have had spooky reports from the field of data being submitted and
marked as completed, but the data is not in the server.

Ola seems to have observed this as well.

I suggest until we work it out, we crank up the debug log on the
server to see if we can figure out what the issue might be.

Jason
