Hi all,

Can you help me with the form below?

  1. In the green part, we have the question referred. If the answer is yes to this question, then the yellow part must be filled; If the answer is No, then the yellow and orange parts must not be filled.

  2. In the yellow part, if the answer is sem TB, then the orange part must not be filled. Otherwise, it must be filled.

I am thinking of building the three parts as sections within the same tracker program and apply program rules to hide or unhide the sections

NB: each part is filled as soon as information is available, i.e, the whole form is not filled on the same day.
Is the approach Iam taking right? Please advise me.

This will certainly work, and I’ve tested it.

Regarding your second question.

The corresponding questions in respect to this should not be made mandatory.

Hi @e4eDHIS2,

Here, do we mean all questions in each section?

Another question:

As the event date will be captured once for the stage and information will filled in each section as soon as it is available, will this impact program indicators?
