Same system different Capture App versions

Hi Community.

Despite having the latest version of Capture App installed on our system (2.40.3), we see some inconsistencies regarding the version of Capture across different users.

Our Capture App version:

Same system, two types of users (left: not admin user, right: superuser).

Any ideas about how to resolve this?

I think this could be a cache issue… please try to clear the cache from the Data Administration app:

Additionally, please test again using the Guest mode in your browser Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help

I hope it’s just a cache issue that will be resolved with the above steps :crossed_fingers: Please post back if it doesn’t work. I wonder how we’d be able to reproduce this issue. :thinking:
