Hello community,
I have a unique program attribute configured in tracker to capture unique identification numbers of TEI. I noticed that when a user enters an identifier (which follows a pattern) and the registration becomes unsuccessful, the identifier becomes unusable/duplicate. This becomes an issue because it requires to change it since the IDs are not generated automatically.
Is there a way of resetting the unused unique values? I tried clearing and resetting apps through the maintenance app but this did not meet my expectations.
