Reporting rate summary not updating

Hi , I just recently updated to DHIS VERSION 2.42.4 and noticed that reporting rate summary is not working when requesting for any year.

Assistance will be appreciated

Thank you for your post. Do you get the data through the Data Visualizer app? Also, please make sure that you have generated the analytics tables export first - do you see any errors?

Please go to Data Administration app, select Maintenance → Clear application cache, reload apps; after that select Analytics tables → Export (Please see if there are any errors that appear in the page, share them here).

Finally, just to double check does this happens to a superuser with an ALL authority (and access to all metadata & OUs)? If yes, then this might just be a sharing issue or organization units need to me properly assigned.

Hi @Gassim . Thanks for your support.I get the data from the reporting rate summary and also use the data visualizer app to provide a view on the dashboard. I have cleared cache and export the anaytic table . Initially it gave an error

I retryed again and the export was successfully. However the issues still persist.

Yes I am logged in as a superuser and it also affect as a superuser also. However do I do the sharing if that is the issue. T

Thanks for sharing the info with the screenshots. This could be an issue with the data itself. Any chance you share those logs please?

I’d also ask you to please share the Catalina.out log (without the authentication/sensitive info).
