Report on time is showing Zero

Dear All,
I am wondering why the when i am running reporting rate summary i am
getting zero value for "Report on time"

Please help??

Dear Gerald,

Timely reporting depends on of the deadline (Days after period quality for timely submission) set on your dataset, Can you check the days you set, usually its 15 days by default and since you are entering data after 15 days and assuming you have a monthly frequency, everything you enter will be overdue and not count as timely submitted.

Dear Prosper,
The values were set at zero (0) or one thousand (1000). I had changed
to 15, should i run analytics to achieve my desire results about
reporting rates.
