Registering new patient in tracker - fine on Android, error on web

Hi

We are running the DHIS version 2.23, Build revision: 22969, Build date: 2016-05-25 05:44

Using Tracker capture on the Android app works fine.

However, we don't succeed with the web app. After pushing

Register

the attached form appear without the fields for the patient details.
Pushing Save and Continue produces the Error message

Form is empty, please fill at least one.

There are many fields in the Program metadata, attached screenshot.

Is this a problem with the Build?

Best regards from Strathmore, Nairobi,

Jens Kaasbøll

I’ve noticed issues such as this as well. Try clicking Register again (which closes the Enrollment/Profile box) and then again (which will show the Enrollment/Profile box, hopefully with the Profile attributes visible this time.) That has worked for us.

Hi Jens.

I had the same issue. Double cluck on “register” and it will be able to show… also you can click register then "Back key"which is not recommended in dhis2 but it will land you back to enrolment details. It worked for me in v2.23.

Hi Jens,

It seems you have some of the attributes not loading on the client. Can you clear your browser cache and try one more time?
