Hope you all doing well. I have a question for the experts or who has experience regarding “breaking glass”.
Case: Woman moving to another place and need to change the enrolled organization unit. But she doesn’t know the name of the future enrolling OU name or location. How in this case that movement should be registered or done in DHIS2?
The woman should just first to move to the new place, and there local medical specialist will find her in DHIS2 and do “breaking glass”?
And where and which tick should be placed in the user roles in order to medical staff could do “breaking glass”?
don’t know if this has been answered.
Just for other members, try this.
You will need to add “Search tracked entity instance across all org unit” and “Update Tracked Entity”
Also, you will need to attach the user to the search organization unit to cover the boundary you want the Medical Specialist to search from under User App.
Hi @Ulanbek , @adulojusm,
Problem with referrals
I have the following scenario:
One user role created: I checked update tracked entity and Search tracked entity instance across all org unit and assigned it to testuser1 and testuser2
testuser1 is assigned to org units A and B
testuser2 is assigned to org unit B
Tracker capture shared with testuser1 and testuser2
testuser1 opens org unit A and enters data for the program stage (it is a repeatable stage) and refers the patient to org unit B
testuser2 opens org unit B and searches the referred patient but gets the following message: “No patient was found, click ‘Go to registration’ if you want to register as a new person.”
What might be the wrong with the steps I took? Is it a configuration problem?
