Program Rule Action Re-created

Hello everyone,

I’ve noticed that each time I update a Program Rule (like the name, the priority …) all the Program Rule Actions are recreated with new UID, is it a normal behavior or is there a problem with my DHIS2 Instance ?

@didate this is normal and abnormal behaviour.
Normal because they are created this way, and abnormal if you update existing PRs you will get duplicated PRactions…

So before to update delete existing PR and recreat it as well…

Yes it’s little bit weird, I don’t know why they choose to do that like that. They could just update the existing PRA by keeping the same UID.
I was writing a web application to audit PRA update (Based on the PRA API), but it’s impossible because the PRA’s UID changes each time the PR has been updated.

I’m using DHIS 2.40. It’s not related to DHIS2 Capture.
