Hi all,

Users are encountering a syncing problem on android. As they are stuck in a loop. After clicking on sync, it takes time trying to sync and loops back to the message box: Do want to sync……?
We are trying to enter the same data for the tracker registration form, but it seems there is also a problem. After entering data and clicking on the save button, we see this in he networks tab in the developer tools:

Hi @fernando

The issue you are seeing in the network tab has nothing to do with the issue you are facing. I can reproduce it on play while still being able to save the enrollment.

Do you see any other issue? Are you able to find the TEI after you click save?
