Problem in Tracker capture: "error in registratioon"

Dear all,

I have created a program, its program stages and assigned it to org units.

When I go to Tracker capture app, I can find the program and fill out the attributes (see Tracker1.jpg). But when I click on “Save and continue”, I get an error message “Error in registration” (see Tracker2.jpg). Do you know what is wrong?

Hi Lise,
That number of times I got that error message it generally related to something which I entered incorrectly, for example if you have a id which enforces uniqueness and you try and register somebody with the same id then you will get this very non-specific message.
