Problem assigning current date to my Data Element in Program Stage?

I want to assign Current Date to my Data Element. I have used a program rule but it does not seem to work. I want it display either when I click yes on B.C.G or by default. I have written following program rule and there seems to be some mistake and I am unable to figure out the issue.

Could you provide more details about the program rule? So #{Birth stage} is supposed to be “NP-OPT-Yes” but I don’t see where the values are checked for Yes/No? Aren’t we supposed to be checking for Yes/No?

So if Yes is selected you want it to display the date but if No is selected you don’t want to display the date?

@Gassim I found the error, I had created Program Rule Variable for B.C.G Date but in fact Variable should have been created for B.C.G. It worked now, Thanks.
