Hi Rich,
My guess is you have not gone to Organisation Units → Organisation Unit Level. Once there, you can keep the Level1, Level 2 labels or change to something more useful. Then save. After this, you would have to regenerate Analytics before you can use Pivot tables and the other outputs.
