I want to share with you an example of data entry form designed in pdf with button to execute validations.
As we all know, in dhis we can download the PDF for data entry, and then do the import of the form filled with a period and organizational unit as parameter.
In this form the parameters(Org. Unit and Period) show names but behind have the UID.
This form is being used with Adobe Reader 10.
