Patient Appointment Book Tracker

Hi all,

Having, for example, a patient register, how to decide what to collect at each program stage for a tracker program. I am not so experienced in building tracker programs in DHIS 2. I assume that building a tracker program in an incorrect way will result in not having what is required as output, so I need some instructions.

In short, you first need to decide what to collect as TEA, and what to collect during enrollment. After that you need to decide how many program stages you need, and then what are the data elements in each program stage.
