Organisation unit unable to pull standard reports

Good Morning team

I have a problem of about 2 facilities which are unable to pull standard reports. I have tried reconfiguring the facilities but to no success, please assist on what the problem might be.

when the report is run, the output is just a blank page. as though there is no data input

Please try to run analytics tables export first and clear the cache, is it still blank? Please make sure you have the proper authorities for this user, did you try a super user and still it’s blank for example?

If running the tables analytics export and clearing the cache using the Browser Cache Cleaner app doesn’t work, would you please help by sharing if there is any error in the network log.

Before you request the report, open the browser developer tools (F12) and then select the Network tab then once the network tab is open please request the report so that if there are any errors you will be able to see red text in the network tab. If there are errors, please take a screenshot and share.
