I have created a new instance, 2.40.1 version, however I am encountering a challenge with the org units. When I am trying to give program access none of the org units I created are showing but they are showing under Hierarchy Operation and in Tracker too. this is what I am getting under program.
Data Stats is also showing that I have 27 org units created.
Thank you for your post. I understand from your post that this issue is only in the Maintenance app when configuring the program’s access?
Is it possible that this is a cache issue? Would you run Maintenance (Update organization unit paths, Clear application cache, and Reload apps) in the Data Administration app? After that, please test again by logging in using your browser’s Guest mode Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help
If it still doesn’t work even for a superuser, would you please open the Network tab in the DevTools (F12 → Network) before you click on ‘Access’ where the OUs are, and after you click on access to view the OUs, check the Network requests. Are there any errors? If so, it’d be helpful to get the request and the response.
An easier way would be to reproduce this issue on any of play instances, but I can’t reproduce the issue. Thanks!
