Org Unit Tree Loading Issue with Firefox

Dear All,

I have a DHIS2 instance running on version 2.18. The issue is the Org Unit tree keeps on loading in Individual Modules and Tracker Capture when using Firefox. I have tried opening in Private Window, Clearing cache, reloading page etc, but nothing seems to work.

It also throws out an error on FireBug console, “Invalid State Error”.

Same instance loads fine on Chrome. What may be causing this, I have quite a number of users who have complained the same on my previous DHIS 2.16 instance on Mozilla Firefox.

Do you see the same problem with the demo?

Strange, I’m not getting that error in FF 35.0

Have you tried the new Browser Cache Cleaner app in the menu?

Hi,

I’m not sure about this issue, but just know that firefox in private mode will never work… it has some bugs related to indexeddb in private mode, which makes ouwt fail…

Also, is this issue also present in regular aggregate data entry module?
