What could be the cause of options not displaying in the data entry form as shown in the figure below? Could it be a bandwidth issue?
I have been experiencing it in tracker several times and keep refreshing until they get back but this time it has taken so long. Also, I would like to know the cause and get a better way to respond.
Thanks for the support @didate! If there’s an issue like this maybe taking a look at the Console as well as the Network tab to find out what the error really is (maybe in a “fresh” profile in your browser) this way we could report it to the DHIS2 developers in a Jira issue. Thanks @bridget!
