is there need some specific setting?

Thank you for your post!
What version of DHIS2 are you using? The older versions link to the older documentation pages that have been archived; however, if you check the latest versions (see on play.dhis2.org) the help icon links to the related topic in the docs.dhis2.org site.
If the issue is in any of the latest supported version please report. Thanks!
