I'm trying to put together some indicators but I'm having a problem
entering a denominator.
When I first go to add a new indicator, I can edit the denominator but
as soon as I select an Indicator Type, the edit denominator button is
greyed out and there doesn't seem to be any way to "undo" this lock.
I've put together a few Indicator Types (percent, per thousand, etc.)
and I've also noted that I can't enter a fraction as the multiplier.
go back and edit your indicator types and set number to "No", then try again.
I know this is a bit confusing - number means that the indicator is
not a fraction and thus needs no denominator.
